Meeting notes, straight into your Notion
Connect your Notion account once, and every recorded meeting you take part in writes itself up there — into a “Roomore Meetings” database, a couple of minutes after the call ends. Nothing to export, nothing to paste.
What's included
Notes arrive on their own
Record a meeting, hang up, open Notion — the write-up is already there: overview, the subjects discussed, decisions, and action items as checkboxes you can actually tick off.
Everyone gets their own copy
Each person in the meeting who has connected Notion gets the notes in their own workspace — nobody else's. Colleagues who haven't connected simply aren't included; connecting is the whole opt-in.
You choose where they land
By default the notes file into a “Roomore Meetings” database under the page you shared while connecting. Settings now has a target-page picker if you'd rather they live somewhere else.
Set up in one click
Settings → Connect Notion → pick a page to share. That's the entire setup, and disconnecting there stops it just as fast.
Try it yourself
Roomore is free while we're in early access.
