A call is only ever recorded because somebody chose to record it — and when it ends, the whole thing comes back written up: an overview, a section per subject, the decisions, and who agreed to do what. Only the people who were actually in the call can open it.

You decide when a meeting goes on the record
Nothing is captured until someone presses Record, and while it runs everyone in the call can see that it's running and who started it. It stops on its own once the last person leaves.
Written up as notes, not just a wall of text
Every recorded call lands under Transcripts in your workspace as an overview, a section per subject, the decisions that were made and the action items people took on. The full transcript sits underneath, labeled with who said what, and you can download it.
Only the people who were in the call can read it
Having been in the meeting is the one thing that grants access. A workspace owner or admin who wasn't there can't list it, open it or download it either.
Meetings started from Slack get their notes back in Slack
Run /roomore in a channel and the notes are posted into that same conversation a minute or two after the call ends. That shares them with everyone in the channel — so a conversation you'd rather keep to its participants is better started from Roomore itself.
