Meeting notes in Google Docs, files from Google Drive
Connect Google once, and every meeting you record is saved as a Google Doc in your own Drive. In a call, the paperclip in the chat now shares files from Google Docs and Google Drive.
What's included
Notes as a Google Doc
A minute or two after a recorded meeting, its notes appear in a “Roomore Meetings” folder in your Drive, named after the meeting and its date: the summary, each subject and the todos. Everyone in the meeting who connected gets their own doc.
Share from Google in the call
The paperclip in the chat now lists Google Docs and Google Drive next to Upload from computer. Pick up to 10 files in Google’s own picker; Docs, Sheets and Slides arrive as .docx, .xlsx and .pptx.
A copy everyone can open
Each file is copied into the call, so everyone there can download it, guests included. Later edits in Google do not change the copy.
Set up once
Settings › Integrations › Connect Google. The same connection serves the notes and the files, and disconnecting removes Roomore’s access at Google.
Files the workspace already has
Workspace files, in the same menu, lists the files you can already open from earlier meetings. Tick up to 10 and they are posted to the chat at once, without uploading them again. On Free the list stays empty, because Free keeps files only for the length of a call.
Try it yourself
Roomore is free while we're in early access.
