Schedule meetings, with invitations for any calendar
Plan a meeting ahead: pick the time, invite people by email, and each of them gets an invitation their calendar can accept. Roomore opens a room for it, and you can post the meeting to the chat of a call.
What's included
Plan it ahead
Scheduled meetings, above your rooms, lists what is coming up. New meeting asks for a room name, a start in your own time zone, and who can join: anyone with the link, or workspace members only.
An invitation for every calendar
Invite workspace members or any email address. Each invitation carries an .ics file: Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail show Accept and Decline, and any other calendar opens the file. You are on the list too, so the meeting is in your own calendar as well.
Change or cancel
The organizer and the workspace’s owners and admins can edit a meeting with the pencil next to it. A new time moves the event in everyone’s calendar; Delete meeting sends a cancellation that removes it.
Post it in a call
Scheduled meeting is the new item under the paperclip in the chat. Post an upcoming meeting as a card, or schedule a new one without leaving the call. Download .ics on the card gives anyone there the calendar file, and the card shows a new time or Cancelled when the meeting changes.
A room for each meeting
Every meeting gets a new room of its own, which appears in your rooms with a Scheduled badge when the meeting starts. It closes once everyone has left, or an hour after the start if nobody joined. On every plan, and in the Mac app from 1.0.20.
Try it yourself
Roomore is free while we're in early access.
