Workspace plans, file sharing and statistics
Choose a workspace plan that fits your team, share files with everyone in a call and see meeting activity on Pro and Ultra. Plans are priced per workspace, regardless of team size.
What's included
Pay per workspace
Pro costs €20 a month and Ultra costs €50 a month, however many people you add. Annual billing is 20% less. To move to a paid plan, use the contact form.
See your workspace settings together
Open them from the workspace name in the sidebar. The Subscription section shows your plan, price, renewal date, recorded hours used and storage used alongside General, Members and the activity log.
Share files during a call
Drop a file onto the call window or chat, or use the paperclip. Everyone in the call, including guests, can download files up to 25 MB each. Files last for the call on Free; Pro stores 1 GB and Ultra stores 4 GB per workspace beyond the call.
See how your workspace meets
Pro and Ultra Statistics show meeting time, meeting counts, average length, busiest days, people and rooms. Compare the last 30 days with the previous 30, or view this week, month or year, without exposing meeting content.
