Clearer transcripts and meeting notes

Transcripts now place chat messages alongside speech and start new paragraphs after a pause. Notes use the meeting's language, and your meeting list shows titles based on what was discussed.

What's included

  1. Find chat alongside the conversation

Messages sent during recording appear in the transcript at the time they were sent, clearly marked as chat. Messages sent outside the recording stay out.

  2. Follow natural pauses

Three seconds of silence starts a new transcript paragraph, making it easier to follow where one thought ended and the next began.

  3. Read notes in the meeting's language

The notes and their headings use the language spoken in the meeting, regardless of your interface language. Ideas and decisions have separate headings, so proposals remain distinct from decisions.

  4. Find a meeting by its subject

Once notes are ready, the meeting list uses their generated title instead of repeating the room name. Until then, it shows the room name.

  5. Stop recording with context

If others are present, Roomore asks before stopping and shows the elapsed time and how many others are in the call. Recordings shorter than a minute are discarded; transcripts appear only when complete.
